1. Merchandise Returns:
  All returns, regardless of reason, require authorization. Returns due to buyer's remorse must be in the original package, in re-sellable condition, and returned within 30 days of receipt at your expense. Credits will be issued upon receipt and inspection at our warehouse.

 2. 30-Day Guarantee Against Manufacturer Defects:
  We stand by the quality of our products with a 30-day guarantee against manufacturer defects. Returns are accepted only with a valid return authorization number. For a Return Authorization Number, please email us at info@allhomeglow.com

 3. Cancellation of Orders:
  To cancel an order, please contact us at info@allhomeglow.com cancellation requests will be reviewed based on the order's processing status. Orders already in transit may be subject to a 10% of the product price restocking fee, and return freight charges may apply.

 4. Refused Orders:
  If an order is refused by you, a 10% of the product price restocking fee and return freight charges will apply.
